Introducing Our New Style Birthday Reviews for Long Term Conditions
We are changing the way we run reviews for long term conditions from 1st April 2025.
Patients will receive an invitation to book an appointment via text message or letter during their birthday month. A self-book link is included in the text message, or you will need to contact the practice.
The below video featuring our very own Practice Nurse Alice, will explain what to do next, and what to expect on the day.
