  • Village Agent

Please CALL US on 01278 783220 to speak with one of our reception team, who can book you a face to face or telephone appointment.

Please remember that many problems can be dealt with over the phone, which saves you from having to come into the surgery to see a clinician. Please ask reception if you would rather have a telephone consultation to discuss your concerns.

Our receptionists are a key part of our team and are bound by the same confidentiality rules as our medical staff. They have a wonderful knowledge of who can do what in the practice and are a valuable signposting resource. The more information that you can give to them the better able they are to book you with the most appropriate clinician, thus avoiding you seeing someone who is not the right person to help, causing you to have to visit the surgery again.

Alternatively, please BOOK ONLINE directly through our clinical booking system by clicking the following link:

emis access

The first time that you use Patient Access you will be asked to register. You will need to obtain registration details from the surgery, please speak to a member of the reception team to organise this (you personally will be required to show photographic ID to set-up your account).

If you are unable to keep an appointment at any time please could you let us know so we can use the appointment slot for another patient.

Due to the current pressures experienced within the NHS and the national shortage of GP's, you may find that for a routine telephone call / face to face appointment that you will have to wait 2-3 weeks. This is the average wait time for these types of appointments.
