CQC Inspection

Now that we have integrated with Symphony Healthcare Services, we will receive a new CQC inspection date that will look at the changes and developments that we have implemented so far against our action plan.  Our enthusiastic team in Highbridge, supported by a central support team will continue to work hard to make good progress against our action plan.

We will ensure that our patients are kept up to date with the changes and developments through a monthly news update that you will be able to see when you visit the centre, or look on our website news page.  We will let our patients know of any future inspection date when we are informed.

How can I get involved?

We are keen for new members to join our Patient Participation Group and gain your feedback to help us improve our services. If you would like to be involved in anyway, or have a question or a concern please email our Interim Practice Manager Sian Brammer sian.brammer@highbridgemc.nhs.uk

Thank you to all our patients and our local community for your support, whilst we make improvements to our service.
